The problem
The buyer had run a public RFP for B300 bare-metal capacity, and it closed without a provider. Next-generation GPUs were hard to find, and the team needed a cluster on a multi-year term.
What we did
We went to the supply side directly: OEMs, data centers and neoclouds with B300 capacity coming online. We brought the right partners into the room, ran the meetings, and kept every party moving on price, delivery and terms.
The outcome
The contract signed in October 2026: a 3-year B300 bare-metal cluster worth $100M, five weeks after we first sourced it.
